Pain is something to carry, like a radio. You feel your strength in the experience of pain. It’s all in how you carry it. That’s what matters. Pain is a feeling. Your feelings are a part of you. Your own reality. If you feel ashamed of them, and hide them, you’re letting society destroy your reality. You should stand up for your right to feel your pain.

[ bahagyang niyakap ni Tessa abg sarili para labanan ang lamig. ] Sabi ng tatay ko dati. wag daw akong malungkot dahil mga panlabas na anyo lang ang di ko makikita, pero mas makikilala ko ang mundo sa kung ano ito dahil di ako mabubulag sa anyo..

Bakit may mga mag asawang tulad nina aling baby at mang boy na sabi sabi ng mga tao magkamukang bakulaw pero masaya naman sa piling ng isat isa at bakit maraming gwapo at maganda ang nauuwi lang sa hiwalayan?

50, dies from cardiac arrest. He was rushed to the UCLA Medical Center, but couldn't be revived.

The legendary singer, 50, reportedly went into cardiac arrest and had to receive CPR in the ambulance as he was being rushed to UCLA hospital.

The Los Angeles Times reported Michael Jackson wasn't breathing when the EMS arrived at his home in Holmby Hills..

Wear sunscreen.

If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long-term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience. I will dispense this advice now.

Enjoy the power and beauty of your youth. Oh, never mind. You will not understand the power and beauty of your youth until they’ve faded. But trust me, in 20 years, you’ll look back at photos of yourself and recall in a way you can’t grasp now how much possibility lay before you and how fabulous you really looked. You are not as fat as you imagine.

Don’t worry about the future. Or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum. The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind, the kind that blindside you at 4 p.m. on some idle Tuesday.

Do one thing every day that scares you.

Sing.

Don’t be reckless with other people’s hearts. Don’t put up with people who are reckless with yours.

Floss.

Don’t waste your time on jealousy. Sometimes you’re ahead, sometimes you’re behind. The race is long and, in the end, it’s only with yourself.

Remember compliments you receive. Forget the insults. If you succeed in doing this, tell me how.

Keep your old love letters. Throw away your old bank statements.

Stretch.

Don’t mess too much with your hair or by the time you’re 40 it will look 85.

Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it. Advice is a form of nostalgia. Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it’s worth.

Customer: Well, after much consideration, I’ve decided to install Love. Can you guide me through the process?

Tech Support: Yes. I can help you. Are you ready to proceed?

Customer: Well, I’m not very technical, but I think I’m ready. What do I do first?

Tech Support: The first step is to open your Heart. Have you located your Heart?

Customer: Yes, but there are several other programs running now.Is it okay to install Love while they are running?

Tech Support: What programs are running ?

Customer: Let’s see, I have Past Hurt, Low Self-Esteem, Grudgeand Resentment running right now.

Tech Support: No problem, Love will gradually erase Past Hurtfrom your current operating system. It may remain in your permanent memory but it will no longer disrupt other programs. Love will eventually override Low Self-Esteem with a module of its own called HighSelf-Esteem. However, you have to completely turn off Grudge and Resentment. Those programs prevent Love from being properly installed.Can you turn those off ?

Customer: I don’t know how to turn them off. Can you tell me how?

Tech Support: With pleasure. Go to your start menu and invokeForgiveness. Do this as many times as necessary until Grudge andResentment have been completely erased.

Customer: Okay, done! Love has started installing itself. Is that normal?

Tech Support: Yes, but remember that you have only the baseprogram. You need to begin connecting to other Hearts in order to getthe upgrades.

Customer: Oops! I have an error message already. It says, “Error- Program not run on external components.” What should I do?

Tech Support: Don’t worry. It means that the Love program is setup to run on Internal Hearts, but has not yet been run on your Heart. Innon-technical terms, it simply means you have to Love yourself beforeyou can Love others.

Customer: So, what should I do?

Tech Support: Pull down Self-Acceptance; then click on thefollowing files: Forgive-Self; Realize Your Worth; and Acknowledge your Limitations.

Customer: Okay, done.

Tech Support: Now, copy them to the “My Heart” directory. The system will overwrite any conflicting files and begin patching faultyprogramming. Also, you need to delete Verbose Self-Criticism from all directories and empty your Recycle Bin to make sure it is completely gone and never comes back.

Customer: Got it. Hey! My heart is filling up with new files.Smile is playing on my monitor and Peace and Contentment are copying themselves all over My Heart. Is this normal?

Tech Support: Sometimes. For others it takes awhile, butev entually everything gets it at the proper time. So Love is installed and running. One more thing before we hang up. Love is Freeware. Be sure to give it and its various modules to everyone you meet. They will inturn share it with others and return some cool modules back to you.

Malamang lahat ng bata sa henerasyon ko ay naka face to face na si rizal sa luneta, ako after 24 years tsaka ko lang sya nakita,parang post card nakakatuwa simple pero makabuluhan.malas lang hindi pede lumapit sa kanya, bawal ang hirap pa makipag unahan sa mga koreanong nag kokodakan sa harap nya..

It was a classic sundate, manila tour., matagal ng plano to. at long last nagawa din namen, manila zoo ang una, haHA bata pa ko nung una ako nakapunta dito, hindi ko na nga maalala kung mag kano ang entrance fee, sa nagayon P40 ang adults P20 ang kiddos, wala namng masyadong pinagbago ang manila zoo, parang ganun pa rin tulad ng naalala ko.., isinunod namen ang luneta at perstym ko dito, sa tv postcard o libro ko lang to nakikita dati at last nakaharap ko na si rizal...coolmalakas pala ang hangin dito at tulad ng kwento kwento madaming pamilya bata dirty ice cream at lovers haha =] ,dumaretcho na rin kame ng intarmuros after ng luneta balak kasi namen kunan ang sunset habang nasa taas kame ng wall kaya lang bago mag sunset pinaalis na kame ni manong guard na naka blue kaya lawton lang at city hall ang napicturan para sa blog ko aus na rin it was fun ! , last stop ... UST dito kame madalas nag sisimba pag sunday.. perstym ni pek so happy sya,nkakapagod na pek adventure.. but it was a blast !!
